Terms & Conditions

1. The contract minimum usage for internet service is 4 months. If cancellation is made within 4 months, 5,000 yen will be charged.

      2. In the case of the damaged device or the signal cannot transmit within 5 days, please send back to check the cause. If the error occurs because of hardware or software, you will get a free replacement. If the error is from the user, the replacement fee will be charged (fee depends on the product).

      3. The Internet will be suspended immediately if payment is not made within the due date (on the second page). Please be reminded that the reconnection can be done within 3 business days. After not made payment for two weeks the contract will be cancelled and the contract renewal fee will be charged (the fee depends on the product).

        4. After stops using services, the customer must return POCKET WIFI & SIM CARD to our company. Otherwise, a fine will be charged (the fee depends on the product).

          5. If the customer violates the above conditions, Our company will report the Japanese police regarding alleged confiscation on company property. The criminal record will have an impact in terms of visa issuance in the future.

          6. The payment by automatic debit will be made from the next month’s bill if documents arrive at the office on/before 20th.In case an automatic debit cannot be made due to insufficient balance, etc., customers will be billed for 2 months in the next month.

          7. Changing the contract information after application, all changing procedures can be done on by contacting our customer support center. Our customer support will process the new item with  cost 3.300 yen (Exchange fee, delivery fee is included). All changes will be implemented after you receive the new item. Once the process has been completed, you need to inform our customer support. This changing procedure doesn’t effect your monthly payment, please pay monthly bill on convenience store as usual.
